P.O. Winsett was born in Bledsoe County, Tennessee on January 15, 1876 and passed away on June 26, 1952. Anyone who attended the Rhea County High School during Mr. Jim Rankin's days are sure to hold some special memories in their hearts of him. Jim, as he was known, spent the latter part of his life serving in law enforcement in Rhea County.
